Symptoms

在舊版模式下，NVMe 磁碟機消失或無法運作。

Cause

Intel 磁片區管理裝置 （VMD） 技術 （也稱為 CPU 或 vROC 上的 Intel® Virtual RAID） 不支援傳統模式。這些磁碟機只會在 UEFI 模式下連接至控制器。

Resolution

進入 BIOS 並停用 VMD 控制器，讓平台使用作業系統上的原生 NVMe 控制器和 NVMe 驅動程式。

  1. 開機 進入 BIOS 設定
  2. 導覽 至系統組態 （採用 Intel VMD 技術），將電腦 從自動變更 為停用，然後 清除同一頁面上的所有 PCIE 方塊 （圖 1）。

  3. 按一下 套用、確定，然後結束。

在此模式下使用時，這些磁碟機不再支援熱插拔。
