Symptoms

Windows 10オペレーティング システム（OS）でAMD Radeonグラフィックス ドライバーを手動で再インストールした後、デバイス マネージャーでHDオーディオ コントローラーが無効になっていたという状況が発生する可能性があります。

Cause

Windowsでインストールを完了するには、さらに時間がかかります。AMDドライバーをインストールした直後に［Restart（再起動）］ボタンをクリックすると、この問題が表示される場合があります。



Resolution

ドライバーをアンインストールして、もう一度ドライバーを再インストールする必要があります。ただし、今回は、OSがバックグラウンドでタスクが完了するよう、システムを3分以上アイドル状態にするか、［Restart Later（後で再起動）］を選択します。
