Screen Resolution can be adjusted from the Desktop.
Right click on the Desktop and select Display Settings.
Select Advanced Display Settings.
If you have more than one screen connected, select the screen that you want to change.
Click the Resolution drop-down box.
Select your desired resolution.
Click Apply.
To select a Display Mode with Screen Resolution in Advanced Display Settings, follow the steps below:
Click the Display Adapter Properties link in the Advanced Display Settings Window.
In the adapter tab, click List All Modes.
Select a display mode that you would want for the selected display and click OK.
Click Apply.
If the selected screen resolution or display mode suits your requirement, click Keep Changes.
Click OK to close the properties window.
Right click on the Desktop and select Display Settings.
Click the Advanced Display Settings link.
If you have more than one screen connected, select the screen that you want to change.
Click the Display Adapter Properties link.
Select the Monitor tab.
From the drop-down list, select a suitable screen refresh rate.
To adjust the size of items in Windows, follow the steps below:
Right click on the Desktop and select Display Settings.
If you have more than one screen connected, select the screen that you want to change.
Method 1 - You can click the Change the size of text, apps, and other items: Drag the bar to a percentage you are happy with and click apply.
Method 2 - You can click the Advanced Display Settings link. Click the Advanced sizing of text and other items link to bring up another window. That allows you to affect only those parts you want, rather than the whole display at one time.
