Avamar: Administrator UI pages display garbled text

Symptoms
After upgrading to Windows 10 version 1709, the Avamar Administrator shows garbled, unreadable text.

Cause
The issue is "ClearType", which is enabled by default in Windows 10 version 1709.
(Other elements required to re-create this issue are currently unknown.)
Resolution
The workaround is to disable Cleartype:
1. From the Windows Start menu, type "ClearType" and select "Adjust ClearType text"
2. Clear "Turn on ClearType".
3. Adjust settings on all connected monitors and click "Finish".
4. Restart Avamar AdminiAvarstrator UI.
Note: Sometimes a Windows restart is required to bring the changes into effect.
