Symptoms

Dit probleem doet zich voor na een lange periode van uptime van de supervisor.
Het wordt duidelijk of er een stand-bysupervisor aanwezig is en deze wordt gereset (ISSU, ISSD, supervisor-switchover of stand-by-reset), aangezien deze nooit online komt.

"show system internal flash" geeft aan dat de /nxos/tmp 100% is -

Cause

Een bestand met de naam fm_debug.log.vdc_1* neemt ruimte in beslag. Dit kan als volgt worden geïdentificeerd:

switch# show system internal dir /nxos/tmp | include fm_debug
fm_debug.log.vdc_1.2698 20922368

Het volgende type syslog-berichten kan worden gelogd:

%SYSMGR-2-TMP_DIR_FULL: System temporary directory usage is unexpectedly high at 97%.

Resolution

Upgrade voorbij NX-OS-code 5.28d.
