Symptoms

嘗試檢查建議的代理時，Avamar 的代理部署管理員會回報訊息：

「登入失敗，因為認證或 vcenter 無效」

Cause

在 VCS 連線管理員記錄「/usr/local/avamar/var/log/vcs/connectionmanager.log」中，會看到下列錯誤：

In the VCS deploymanager log file /usr/local/avamar/var/log/vcs/deploymanager.log, the following is seen:

Resolution

程序：   
  1. 使用 telnet 或 curl 確認連接埠 443 已開啟 （從 Avamar） 至 vCenter 主機。

  1. 以作業系統根使用者身分重新啟動 Apache Tomcat
emwebapp.sh --stop
後跟
emwebapp.sh --start 


代理部署管理員不應再報告此錯誤。
