Symptoms

Inspiron 24 5475 All-in-One (AIO) with 4K resolution may not be able to display the Resource DVD (RDVD) screen.

Cause

The resource DVD information cannot be displayed because its Graphical User Interface (GUI) does not support 4K resolution.

Resolution

Click the Restore Down button in the upper right corner of the GUI to display the information correctly.
