PowerEdge：以前のESXiバージョンからESXi 7.0へのアップグレードが「vmkapi DependencyError」で失敗する

Dell PowerEdgeサーバーをVMware ESXi 6.7または6.5からVMware ESXi 7.0にアップグレードすると、次のエラーで失敗することがあります。 vmkapi DependancyError 古いもので構築されたドライバーが原因です vmkapi ESXi 7.0で廃止されたバージョンの依存関係。

この問題は、ドライバーが古いバージョンで構築されている場合に発生します vmkapi ESXi 7.0以降で廃止されたバージョンの依存関係。影響を受けるドライバーのリストについては、「ESXi 7.0 のインストールまたはアップグレード中に vmkapi 依存関係エラーが発生する (78389)」を参照してください。

Dellは、DellがカスタマイズしたISOイメージのA00またはA01バージョンを使用したESXi 7.0へのアップグレードを推奨していません。アップグレードの問題が発生し、以前の6.xインストールに戻すことができない場合、またはESXi 7.0の新規インストールを実行できない場合は、Dellテクニカル サポートにお問い合わせください。

アップグレードには、古いバージョンで発生した問題に対処している、DellがカスタマイズしたISOバージョンA02以降を使用してください。
