Questi errori si verificano quando il modulo Error Detection and Correction (EDAC) legge i registri dal chipset. È possibile che non si notino errori di memoria o CPU nel registro ESM/BMC/IPMI/iDRAC.

 

Resolution

Risoluzione:

 

  • Inserire nella blacklist il driver edac:
    • Elenco dei moduli edac: 
      • # lsmod | grep -i edac
    • Prendi l'output e inseriscilo nella lista nera:
    • Modifica '/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf' con il tuo editor preferito
    • Aggiungere i moduli alla fine del file
    • Esempio:
      • blacklist i7core_edac
      • blacklist edac_core
  • Riavvio
  • Eseguire il controllo di diagnostica dell'hardware
