Resolution

対処方法

以下の手順に従って、Windows Defenderキャッシュをクリアし、その定義を更新する必要があります。

  1. 管理者としてコマンド プロンプトを開きます

    • 画面の左下にあるWindowsの[スタート]ボタンをクリックします
    • 「CMD」と入力します
    • 検索結果で、[コマンド プロンプト]を右クリックします 
    • [管理者として実行]をクリックします

  2. プロンプトが表示されたら、［はい］をクリックします。

  3. コマンド プロンプトで、コマンドを次の表示の順序で入力します。

    • cd\ と入力し、Enterを押します
    • cd c:\Program Files\Windows Defender\ と入力し、Enterキーを押します
    • MpCmdRun.exe-removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures と入力し、Enterを押します
    • MpCmdRun.exe-SignatureUpdate と入力し、Enterを押します

  4. Alienware Command Centerをアンインストールします

  5. Dellのドライバー ページからAlienware Command Centerをダウンロードして再インストールします
