Cause

Dell Security Management Server Virtual 10.2.14 和更新版本應用裝置使用 Ubuntu 18.04，其具有 DNS 快取瑕疵，無法正確解析名稱。此故障會顯示各種錯誤，指出伺服器無法到達特定網站、名稱解析暫時失敗，或嘗試新增或更新網域時找不到伺服器 。

Resolution

若要停用 DNS 快取：

  1. 連線至 Dell Security Management Server Virtual 管理主控台： delluser。
  2. 從主功能表中選取啟動 Shell。

  1. 將使用者切換至 dellsupport 使用命令 su dellsupport （預設密碼： dellsupport)

  1. 執行命令 sudo unlink /etc/resolv.conf。

命令取消連結 <程式碼>resolv.conf</code>

  1. 執行命令。

  1. 執行命令 sudo systemctl restart systemd-resolved。

  1. 結束 dellsupport 透過鍵入使用者上下文 exit。
  2. 輸入以返回主控台 exit 再次。
