Cause

Dell Security Management Server Virtual 10.2.14 和更高版本设备使用 Ubuntu 18.04，它具有 DNS 缓存缺陷，会阻止正确解析名称。此故障会显示各种错误，指示服务器无法访问特定站点、名称解析出现临时故障或在尝试添加或更新域时找不到服务器 。

Resolution

要禁用 DNS 缓存，请执行以下操作：

  1. 使用以下命令连接到 Dell Security Management Server Virtual 管理控制台： delluser。
  2. 从 Main Menu 中选择 Launch Shell。

启动 Shell

  1. 将用户切换到 dellsupport 使用命令 su dellsupport （默认密码： dellsupport）

  1. 运行命令 sudo unlink /etc/resolv.conf。

  1. 运行命令 sudo systemctl restart systemd-resolved。

  1. 退出 dellsupport 通过键入 exit。
  2. 通过键入 exit 再次。
