解决 PowerProtect Data Manager 的问题可能需要三组文件。

  • 常规 PowerProtect Data Manager 日志
  • VM Direct（VProxy 日志）* 对文件级恢复 （FLR） 问题进行故障处理需要这些日志。
  • PowerProtect Elastic Search Database（灾难恢复备份）


从 PowerProtect Data Manager 收集日志：

  1. 单击齿轮图标，然后单击 支持。

 

  1. 在支持页面上，单击 日志 ，然后单击 添加。

 

 

  1. 选中 Data Manager 和 VM Direct 引擎的两个复选框，然后选择日期范围。在这种情况下，今天就足够了。

 

  1. 创建日志包后，单击 Bundle Name列中列出的每个日志，系统将下载这些日志。



如果您无法在 UI 中查看日志包，则可以使用 WINSCP 从 PowerProtect Data Manager 拷贝它们。

  1. 使用 WINSCP，以管理员身份连接到 PowerProtect Data Manager。
  2. 日志包位于 /var/log/logbundles/ 文件中。

获取弹性搜索数据库的副本

  1. 备份可在目录结构 /data01/server_backups/ppdm_<numeric 字符串>中找到。 
  2. 键入 ls-ltr命令以列出它们或查找最新的。它位于由数字字符串命名的目录中。  

 

示例：ppdm_4b5cd8e5-e07e-4546-86ee-be87b021194c（请参见下图）

  1. 在该目录中进行分析，还有另一个数字字符串目录。

  1. PowerProtect Data Manager 目录中有 .tar.bz2 文件，它是灾难恢复备份。
