Cause

SDE-valvet innehåller användar- och enhetspolicyer för slutpunkten. Om valvet skadas har enheten ingen principinformation att framtvinga. När detta inträffar blir sveptiderna i registret tomma. När en inventering skickas från slutpunkten till Dell Data Security-servern rapporterar den en tom eller noll rensningstid.

Resolution

Lös problemet genom att uppgradera till Dell Encryption Enterprise (eller Dell Encryption Personal) v10.9 eller senare. 10.9 har lagt till ytterligare kontroller för detektering och reparation av valvskada.
