Symptoms

表示されるエラー メッセージ:

Failed task sync depot. The format of metadata in None is invalid. This may caused by network issue, suggest try again.

The VxRail cluster is not ready for vSphere Lifecycle Manager enablement. Complete the recommended actions before enabling vLCM.


vLCMエラーのスクリーンショット 

Cause

vLCMを有効にする場合、またはvLCMのアップグレードを続行する場合は、すべてのデポを同期する必要があります。デポが無効で接続できない場合、このデポのメタデータを取得できません。

Resolution

無効なvLCMデポを無効にします。

  1. 管理者の認証情報を使用してvCenterにログインします。
  2. [Menu>Lifecycle Manager>Settings>Patch Setup]を開きます
    すべてのダウンロード ソースを確認し、[Connectivity Status]が[Not Connected]の場合は、この項目を選択して[DISABLE]をクリックします。
  3. vLCMの有効化またはvLCMアップグレード操作を続行します。
