Symptoms
主机物理视图无法加载。
检查 web.log 显示：
2021-12-20T05:11:52.456+0000 ERROR [myScheduler-9] com.emc.mystic.manager.cluster.service.HostEnrichServiceImpl HostEnrichServiceImpl.enrichHostInfo:58 - Failed to fetch host enriched info. java.lang.NullPointerException: null
检查 short.term.log 显示：
2021-12-20-05:17:18 microservice.do-host "2021-12-20 05:17:18,146 [ERROR] linzhi_dataloader.py fetch_async() (67): Query data failed,url:https://ESXI-hostname:9090/rest/ps/private/v1/nodeinfo, Exception:Cannot connect to host ESXI-hostname:9090 ssl:False [Temporary failure in name resolution]"
在 VxRail Manager 上使用 nslookup 或 dig 命令显示主机名解析正常，但在 do-cluster 容器内检查时，其失败。
以 root 用户身份在 VxRail Manager 上运行以下命令（例如，ESXi FQDN 为“esx01.xyz.com”，将其替换为真实主机 FQDN）。
vxm:~ # docker exec -it -u 0 $(docker ps -q -f name=do-cluster) dig esx01.xyz.com
; DiG 9.16.6 esx01.xyz.com

Cause
容器使用 VxRail manger 作为 DNS 服务器。如果 VxRail Manager DNS 服务出现问题，则主机名解析失败。
Resolution
使用以下命令在 VxRail manger 上重新启动 DNS 服务：
等待 10 分钟，然后再次检查物理视图。
systemctl restart dnsmasq
等待 10 分钟，然后再次检查物理视图。
