Sådan indsamler du logfiler fra vCenter-enhed

1) Log ind på VCSA som brugerrod ved hjælp af ssh. 


2) Indstil skallen til bash

>shell.set --enabled true
>shell



3) Kør kommando for at indsamle logfilerne:

# vc-support -l



Logfiler udgives til fil: /storage/log/<VCSA Name>-<date>.tgz

shell.set --aktiveret true 
4) Brug Win SCP til at downloade. 
Når du bruger WinSCP, skal du indstille SFTP-serveren til shell /usr/libexec/sftp-server

Log på VCSA som root. 
Gå til den mappelogpakke, der blev indsamlet til.
Klik og træk for at kopiere filen lokalt. 
Husk at slette filen på VCSA, når den er kopieret for at spare plads.
