Instructions
vCenterアプライアンスからログを収集する方法
1) ssh を使用して root ユーザーとして VCSA にログインします。
2)シェルをbashに設定します
>shell.set --enabled true
>shell
3)次のコマンドを実行してログを収集します。
# vc-support -l
ログは次のファイルに出力されます。 /storage/log/<VCSA Name>-<date>.tgz
4)Win SCPを使用してダウンロードします。
WinSCPを使用する場合は、SFTPサーバーをシェル/usr/libexec/sftp-serverに設定します
rootとしてVCSAにログインします。
ログ バンドルが収集されたディレクトリーに移動します。
クリックしてドラッグし、ファイルをローカルにコピーします。
スペースを節約するため、コピーしたVCSA上のファイルは必ず削除してください。
