Symptoms

Every 8 hours the MDM is reporting three failed logout attempts from a user N/A due to the presentation server having an expired session ID.

Cause

Every 8 hours, the presentation server logs out from the MDM and log back in to get a new session ID. When the logout occurs, it fails because the session expired after 8 hours and is now invalid. The presentation server is incorrectly still trying to use the invalid session ID.

 

Resolution

 These events can be safely ignored.
