Symptoms

MDMは8時間ごとに、プレゼンテーション サーバーのセッションIDが期限切れになっているため、ユーザーからのログアウト試行に3回失敗したことを報告しています(該当なし)。

Cause

8時間ごとに、プレゼンテーション サーバーはMDMからログアウトし、再度ログインして新しいセッションIDを取得します。ログアウトが発生すると、セッションが8時間後に期限切れになり、無効になるため失敗します。プレゼンテーション サーバーが間違ったまま、無効なセッションIDを使用しようとしています。

 

Resolution

 これらのイベントは無視しても問題ありません。
