NetWorker：Data Domainアラートに接続できない

Symptoms

NetWorkerのバージョンは19.xです。

NetWorker Management Console (NMC)のアラート セクションに、次のエラーが頻繁に表示されます。 
MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS media Unable to connect to Data Domain 'DATA_DOMAIN_NAME'"
このエラーは、NetWorkerサーバーのdaemon.rawにも表示されることがあります。 
Linux: /nsr/logs/daemon.raw

Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\daemon.raw
バックアップが正常に完了しています。

Cause

NetWorkerサーバーまたはストレージ ノードとData Domain間のネットワーク接続でドロップが発生します。

Resolution

この問題は、NetWorker以外で発生しています。ネットワーク管理者または管理者チームに、NetWorkerサーバーまたはストレージ ノードとData Domainシステム間のネットワークを監視してもらいます

問題をネットワーク レベルで特定できず、データ保護操作が中断しない場合は、次の手順に従ってアラートを無効にします。
  1. NetWorker Management Console (NMC)にログインします。
  2. 表示で、診断モードが有効になっていることを確認します。
  3. サーバータブで、NetWorkerサーバーを選択し、サーバーのプロパティをクリックします。
  4. ［Configuration］タブで、［Device connectivity check enabled］チェック ボックスをオフにします。

  1. [Devices]タブで、[Storage Nodes]を選択します。
  2. ストレージ ノードを右クリックし プロパティを選択します。
  3. Configurationタブで、Snode device connectivity check enabledチェックボックスをオフにします。

  1. 残りのストレージ ノードに対してこの操作を繰り返します（該当する場合）。
