Symptoms

NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에서 NetWorker 클라이언트의 파일 레벨 복구를 수행할 때 파일 인덱스가 누락되었다는 오류가 반환됩니다.

Cause

클라이언트 파일 인덱스 폴더가 누락되거나 비어 있습니다.

Linux: /nsr/index/CLIENT-NAME
Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\index\CLIENT-NAME

Resolution

NetWorker 서버에서 관리자 프롬프트를 열고 루트로 실행합니다. 
nsrck -L7 client-name
 
참고: 클라이언트 이름은 NetWorker Management Console의 Clients 탭에 클라이언트 이름을 지정하는 방식과 일치해야 합니다. 선택적으로 NetWorker 클라이언트의 nsraldb에도 이 내용이 표시됩니다. NetWorker 클라이언트에서 관리자 프롬프트를 열고 루트로 실행합니다.  
nsradmin -p nsrexecd "nsrla"

nsrck 명령 출력에서 오류가 있는지 모니터링합니다. 완료되면 클라이언트 인덱스 폴더를 다시 채워야 하며 데이터 복원을 수행할 수 있습니다.

Additional Information

이는 NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection) vProxy 어플라이언스를 사용하여 백업된 VMware 가상 머신의 파일 레벨 복구에는 적용되지 않습니다.
