Symptoms
在从 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 执行 NetWorker 客户端的文件级恢复时，返回错误，指出文件索引缺失：

Cause
客户端文件索引文件夹缺失或为空：
Linux：/nsr/index/CLIENT-NAME
Windows：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\index\CLIENT-NAME

Resolution
在 NetWorker 服务器上，打开管理员提示符并以 root 用户身份运行：
监视 nsrck 命令输出中是否有任何错误。完成后，应重新填充客户端索引文件夹，并执行数据恢复。
nsrck -L7 client-name
提醒：客户端名称应与在 NetWorker Management Console 的 客户端 选项卡中指定客户端名称的方式相匹配;（可选）NetWorker 客户端上的 nsraldb 也会显示这一点。在 NetWorker 客户端上，打开管理员提示并以 root 用户身份运行：
nsradmin -p nsrexecd "nsrla"
监视 nsrck 命令输出中是否有任何错误。完成后，应重新填充客户端索引文件夹，并执行数据恢复。
Additional Information
这不适用于使用 NetWorker VMware Protection （NVP） vProxy 应用装置备份的 VMware 虚拟机的文件级恢复。
