Cause

HTTP 標頭大小的預設 monitoring-app.properties 設定為 8 KB。預設的 HTTP 標頭可能不足以容納具有大型 Active Directory 使用者或群組設定的所有標頭。

Resolution

增加 NetWorker 伺服器上的 monitoring-app.properties HTTP 標頭大小設定。

  • 停止 "NetWorker Management Web UI Server" 服務：
Linux： 
sudo systemctl stop nwui
Windows： 
net stop nwui
  • 開啟 monitoring-app.properties 文字編輯器中的檔案：
Linux：  
sudo vi /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/monitoring-app.properties
Windows： 
notepad C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\app\conf\monitoring-app.properties
  • 為以下項目新增一行： server.max-http-header-size 值為 32 KB 的選項
server.max-http-header-size=32KB
  • 將變更儲存至 monitoring-app.properties 檔案中所定義。
  • 啟動 "NetWorker Management Web UI Server" 服務：
Linux： 
sudo systemctl start nwui
Windows： 
net start nwui
