Cause

De standaardinstelling monitoring-app.properties voor de grootte van de HTTP-header is 8 KB. De standaard HTTP-header is mogelijk niet voldoende om alle headers met een grote Active Directory-gebruikers- of groepsinstellingen te accommoderen.

Resolution

Verhoog de instelling van de grootte van de HTTP-header van monitoring-app.properties op de NetWorker-server.

  • Stop de "NetWorker Management Web UI Server" dienst:
Linux: 
sudo systemctl stop nwui
Windows: 
net stop nwui
  • Open de monitoring-app.properties Bestand in een teksteditor:
Linux:  
sudo vi /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/monitoring-app.properties
Windows: 
notepad C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nwui\monitoring\app\conf\monitoring-app.properties
  • Voeg een nieuwe regel toe voor de server.max-http-header-size optie met een waarde van 32 KB
server.max-http-header-size=32KB
  • Sla de wijzigingen op in de monitoring-app.properties bestand.
  • Start de "NetWorker Management Web UI Server" dienst:
Linux: 
sudo systemctl start nwui
Windows: 
net start nwui
