Instructions

  1. Avviare un supporto Windows corrispondente al sistema operativo che si sta tentando di riparare.
  2. Scegliere l'opzione Ripristina il computer , quindi Risoluzione dei problemi del prompt dei comandi.
  3. Dal prompt dei comandi, individuare la cartella Windows su una delle unità. È possibile selezionare ciascun disco ed eseguire il comando dir fino a individuare la cartella Windows. 
  4. Eseguire il comando seguente per ripristinare le azioni in sospeso in cui D: in questo comando sarà qualsiasi unità in cui si trova la cartella Windows. 
DISM /Image:D:\ /Cleanup-Image /RevertPendingActions
Al termine, è possibile tentare di eseguire il normale avvio. Se ancora non è possibile eseguire l'avvio, si può fare un ulteriore passo avanti e provare a rimuovere manualmente i singoli pacchetti di aggiornamento. Eseguire i seguenti comandi. 
DISM /image:D:\ /Get-Packages
Individuare i pacchetti installati di recente che potrebbero causare il problema di mancato avvio. Quindi rimuoverli con il seguente comando.  
DISM /image:D:\ /Remove-Package /PackageName:PackageName
Sostituire "NomePacchetto" con il nome del pacchetto nell'elenco. Una volta rimosso il pacchetto, provare ad avviare normalmente per verificare se il problema è stato risolto. È possibile ripetere questa operazione per rimuovere ogni pacchetto installato di recente fino a individuare quello che causa il problema di mancato avvio.
