Instructions
- 修復しようとしているオペレーティング システムと一致するWindowsメディアで起動します。
- [コンピューターを修復する]オプションを選択し、コマンドプロンプトのトラブルシューティングを選択します。
- コマンド プロンプトから、いずれかのドライブ上のWindowsフォルダーを見つけます。各ディスクを選択し、Windowsフォルダーが見つかるまでdirコマンドを実行できます。
- 次のコマンドを実行して、保留中のアクションを元に戻します。ここで、このコマンドのD:は、Windowsフォルダーがあるドライブになります。
DISM /Image:D:\ /Cleanup-Image /RevertPendingActionsこれが完了したら、通常の起動を試みることができます。それでも起動できない場合は、さらに一歩進んで、個々の更新パッケージを手動で削除してみてください。次のコマンドを実行します。
DISM /image:D:\ /Get-Packages最近インストールされたパッケージのうち、No Boot問題の原因となっている可能性があるものを見つけます。次に、次のコマンドでそれらを削除します。
DISM /image:D:\ /Remove-Package /PackageName:PackageName"PackageName" をリスト内のパッケージの名前に置き換えます。パッケージを削除したら、通常起動を試みて、問題が解決されたかどうかを確認します。No Boot問題の原因となっているパッケージが見つかるまで、これを繰り返して最近インストールした各パッケージを削除します。
