Cause
Root cause is still being worked.
Resolution
Do Not Replace Any Hardware or Downgrade Controller firmware.
Engineering is aware of this issue. Issue is fixed in GT280R011-01 firmware.
Workaround:
1. Manually Stop and Start SNMP Service when it stops responding.
"Set protocol SNMP disabled"
To Start SNMP Service run command,
"Set protocol SNMP enabled"
Alternate option is to restart Management service of the affected controller using command
"restart mc a or b" (specify the correct controller)
From UI: Home -> Action -> Services - clear SNMP click Apply.
2. Use DELL OpenManage Enterprise ("Open Manage Enterprise") for managing array which includes inbuilt ME4 API.
