Symptoms

オペレーティングシステム: Windows(任意)
SDCバージョン: 3.6.0.4

SDC v3.6.0.4をインストールすると、次のエラーで失敗します。 
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.このインストールを完了するために必要なプログラムを実行できませんでした。Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

SDC Windowsのインストール 
 

setupapi.dev.log(%SystemRoot%\infにあります)に、以下のエラーが表示されます。

v3.6.0.4へのアップグレードを実行するsetupapi.dev.log、MDM IPの設定に失敗します。

Cause

v3.6.0.4パッケージの一部であるdrv_cfg.exeが破損しています。

Resolution

SDC for Windowsバージョン3.6.0.5以降をアップグレードまたはインストールします
SDCの互換性を確認するには、PowerFlexオペレーティング システムOSサポート マトリックスを参照してください

後のSDCバージョンでも同様のエラーが発生した場合は、最新のWindows Updateがインストールされていることを確認します。
