Symptoms

The PowerProtect appliance is being upgraded in the environment. The PowerProtect upgrade precheck results contain a warning indicating the update package certificate must be accepted before proceeding with the update.
Example
 

Cause

The precheck warning is normal during the first PowerProtect Appliance upgrade in the environment. The first PowerProtect Appliance upgrade has a Security Certificate step that is used for the first and subsequent PowerProtect Appliance upgrades.
Security Certificate

The first PowerProtect Appliance upgrade imports the Security Certificate and subsequent PowerProtect Appliance upgrades use the same Security Certificate. 

Resolution

The certificate precheck warning may be ignored, and the initial PowerProtect Appliance upgrade imports the certificate for the current upgrade and subsequent upgrades.
