Symptoms

Latitude 5430 Chromebook cannot wake up from a S0ix power state using the Dell docks Local Area Network (LAN) port.

Below is the Dell Dock list:

  • Dell Dual Charge Dock - HD22Q
  • Dell Thunderbolt 4 Dock - WD22TB4
  • Dell USB-C Dock - WD19S 130W
  • Dell USB-C Dock - WD19S 180W

 

Cause

Wake-on-LAN is not supported in ChromeOS.

 

Resolution

You can use the computers Power Button to wake up the Chromebook.
