程序:

  • 如果 vSphere HA 未启用,请执行以下步骤:
  1. 在群集上禁用并重新启用或重新配置 vSphere HA。此检查可解决大多数问题。
  2. 请查看发行说明,了解 vSphere HA 的已知问题,并验证 vSphere 是否为最新版本。  
  3. 检查 ESXi 主机上的故障域管理器 (FDM) 日志并搜索错误消息。

要在 ESXi 主机上查看的日志,以确定问题的原因。 

  • FDM作日志: /var/log/fdm.log or /var/run/log/fdm
  • FDM 代理安装日志: /var/log/fdm-installer.log

  • vSphere HA 配置不正确。
  • 并非所有主机都可访问 vSphere HA 心跳信号的数据存储区。
  • 未在 ESXi 主机上正确安装 FDM 代理。
  • ESXi 主机与 vCenter Server 之间的网络连接丢失。
  • ESXi 主机未正确连接到 vCenter Server。

 

  • FDM 代理不会安装在 ESXi 主机上。

如果无法在 ESXi 主机上安装 FDM 代理程序,请执行以下检查:

  1. 检查FDM日志中是否有错误: /var/log/fdm.log
  2. 验证 ESXi 主机和 vCenter Server 之间是否有足够的网络带宽。
  3. 如果网络流量吞吐量导致硬件问题,请检查硬件问题。
  4. 检查 中的 ESXi 主机上是否有可用的磁盘空间 /var and /tmp。使用命令:
vdf -h 


如果在 ESXi 主机上安装 FDM Agent 的问题与网络流量相关,请确定问题的原因:

  • 网络接口控制器 (NIC) 的硬件问题
  • NIC 速度与交换机速度不匹配
  • 硬件或防火墙阻止或减慢流量。

此外,通过检查 ESXi 主机上是否存在以下文件,验证 FDM 代理文件是否已从 vCenter 推送到 ESXi 主机 /etc/opt/vmware/fdm 目录:

  • 群集配置: Clusterconfig
  • FDM 配置文件: fdm.cfg
  • 主机成员身份列表: Hostlist
  • 所有虚拟机 (VM) 及其兼容的主机的列表: Vmmetadata
