Symptoms
在機箱管理控制器 （CMC） 圖形使用者介面 （UI） 中看不到共用的 PERC、背板面 （BP） 和硬碟機 （硬碟）。
共用 PERC LED 熄滅，CMC 記錄未偵測到共用 PERC。

Cause
當配置單一共用 PERC 控制器的 VRTX 系統故障或插槽故障時，與 BP 和硬碟的通訊將會中斷。
機箱 UI 無法看到硬碟和 BP 的原因是 BP 會使用主機板上的 SAS 連接埠直接與共用 PERC 通訊，而如果共用 PERC 或插槽無法運作，則不會顯示整個鏈結。

Resolution
嘗試使用單一共用 PERC 組態針對 VRTX 進行故障診斷的步驟：
- 檢查共用 PERC 和主機板上的 LED，並在第 97 頁的所有者手冊 中比較其活動。
- 如果問題仍然存在，且有兩個 CMC，請進行容錯移轉，但如果有一個，請重設 （UI、CLI）
- 如果問題仍然存在，請聯絡 Dell 技術支援部門 以進行進一步故障診斷。
