Du kan se ett meddelande på skärmen när din bärbara Latitude- eller Precision-dator klarar självtest vid start (POST) och visas via Dells välkomstskärm. Följande meddelande visas:

Obs! Den här artikeln är specifik för mobila bärbara datorer i Dell Latitude- och Precision-serierna som använder den här nya säkerhetsfunktionen. Det betyder dock inte att andra Dell-produktserier inte är kapabla till den här nya säkerhetsfunktionen. Det finns andra Dell-produkter som kan visa SafeBIOS-meddelandet, men de tas inte upp i den här artikeln.

Cause

Meddelandet gäller endast för användning med kompatibla produkter.

Obs! Informationen i den här artikeln gäller ENDAST bärbara Latitude- och Precision-datorer som uppfyller följande SafeBIOS-krav:
  • Den använder 12:e generationens Intel Alder-Lake (ADL) Central Processor Unit (CPU) eller bättre
  • Den har en diskret TPM (Trusted Platform Module)
  • Den använder stöd för säker start
  • Den använder verifierad start (även känd som: Boot Guard)
  • Du kan ange ett BIOS-lösenord
  • Du kan använda BIOS Recovery
  • Den följer National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-147 (autentiserade uppdateringar)
  • Den använder TCG (Trusted Computing Group) Measured Boot
