若要解決此問題，請使用下列步驟：
- 從 Dell 驅動程式網站下載 Intel Integrated Sensor Solution 驅動程式 （版本 3.1.0.4466 或更新版本）。
- 啟動 裝置管理員 （如何存取裝置管理員）。
- 按兩下「適用於 ISS 的 HID PCI 微型驅動程式」裝置 > 驅動程式解除 > 安裝裝置 > 勾選「嘗試移除此裝置的驅動程式」 > 解除安裝。
- 按兩下「Intel Integrated Sensor Solution」裝置>驅動程式解除安裝裝置>勾>選「嘗試移除此裝置的驅動程式」>解除安裝。
- 刪除裝置後，請執行「掃描硬體變更」。
如果「Intel Integrated Sensor Solution」裝置仍然存在，請重複 步驟 3 ，直到裝置消失。 - 前往控制台>程式>、程式和功能>，尋找「Intel Integrated Sensor Solution」 > 解除安裝。黃色驚嘆號應該已經消失了。
