Symptoms

Unable to manage DPE plugin deployed on vCD 10.4.1: com.emc.vcp.service.exceptions.URLServiceException: 02105: User is not authorized to access this Resource.

In the vcpserver.log the following errors are logged:

Cause

vCD 10.4.1 is not  supported as per Avamar version 19.8

Resolution

Upgrade to Avamar 19.9 or later where VMware cloud Director 10.4.1 is supported
