Symptoms

PUHC는 클러스터의 전원 공급 장치가 이중화되었는지 확인합니다.

이중화되지 않은 전원 공급 장치가 감지되면 다음 메시지가 표시됩니다 "Found Non-redundant Power Supply. Please check power supplie input or contact your service provider to investigate. (powersupply_redundancy)".

Cause

전원 공급 장치에 전원을 공급하는 PDU의 문제, 케이블 분리 등 다양한 이유가 있을 수 있습니다.

Resolution

이 문제가 탐지된 경우:

  • 전원 공급 장치에 알림이 있는지 확인합니다.
  • 전원 공급 장치에 대한 두 입력 전원이 모두 제대로 작동하는지 확인합니다.

  • 도움이 필요한 경우Dell 기술 지원부서에 문의하십시오.

전원 공급 장치에 장애가 발생한 경우 NDU를 시도하면 실패합니다.
