Symptoms

Wanneer u een Bluetooth-headset, microfoonarm of de mute-knop op een Bluetooth-headset gebruikt, worden de luidsprekers van de headset gedempt.

Wanneer u de microfoon van de Bluetooth-headset dempt, herkent de vergaderingsapplicatie de actie niet en wordt deze nog steeds weergegeven als niet-gedempt.


Aangedaan:

  • Alle Bluetooth-headsets - Probleem doet zich alleen voor wanneer de headset is verbonden via Bluetooth.
  • Windows 10 en 11 met Realtek audiodriver versie 6.0.9472.1.
  • Microsoft Teams en Zoom (andere conferentietoepassingen zullen naar verwachting ook worden getroffen).

Cause

Dit probleem doet zich voor vanwege een onjuiste graph-ID wanneer dempen wordt toegepast.

Resolution

De Realtek audiodriver bijwerken

U kunt dit probleem oplossen door de Realtek audiodriver bij te werken naar de onderstaande versies of nieuwer vanaf de Dell Support website.
