Symptoms

  • NetWorker Web User Interface (NWUI) server is installed on a Linux operating system.
  • In /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/logs/monitoring-app.log

Cause

NWUI configuration issue.

Resolution

Rerun the nwui_configure script to reconfigure NWUI.
  1. Stop NWUI service: sudo systemctl stop nwui
  2. Run the NWUI configuration script: sudo /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
  3. Start NWUI service: sudo systemctl start nwui
