升级前运行状况检查 （PUHC） 可能会显示一条消息 “The internal process of disk firmware upgrade is still running.请联系您的服务提供商。（非release_check_proc_install_disk_firmware_failed）
Cause
PUHC 检查会检测以前的固件升级过程是否仍在后台运行。
如果固件升级因超时而失败，可能没有干净回滚，但以前的固件升级过程可能会保留在后台运行。在这种情况下，我们不应重试无中断升级，否则某些残余可能被错误地识别，并防止从那时开始成功进行无中断升级尝试。
