手順：

PowerProtect Data Managerサービス リクエストを開くには、ソフトウェア シリアルID (SWID)を使用してシステムを識別します。

次の手順に従って、PowerProtect Data Managerのソフトウェア シリアルIDを取得します。

  1. 歯車アイコンをクリックし、Licenseを選択します。
    [System Settings]ドロップダウン メニュー

  2. 開いた画面に、SWID番号が表示されます。

  • メモ帳などのテキスト エディターを使用して、PowerProtect Data Managerライセンス ファイルを開き、以下を検索します。
