Symptoms

  • VM(vProxy)のバックアップ/リカバリーの失敗
  • nsrlic -C がエラーで失敗する(以下を参照)
  • libxmlsec1.so に関連するエラー

  • ライセンス検証コマンド「nsrlic -C」を実行すると、NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)、NetWorkerサーバー デーモン.raw、および/またはライセンスのエラーが表示されます。
# nsrlic -C
nsrlic: Error while initializing the CLP licensing related libraries: Unable to load library "libxmlsec1.so" (libltdl.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Cause

ライブラリ ファイルが見つからないか破損しています。

Resolution

libltdl.so.7 を再インストールするには、次のコマンドを実行します。 
# sudo yum provides */libltdl.so.7 

# sudo yum reinstall libtool-ltdl-2.4.6-25.el8.x86_64
メモ: [Errors during downloading metadate for repository]で失敗した場合は、サーバーがオンライン リポジトリに直接アクセスできない可能性があります。「libtool-ltdl-2.4.6-25.el8.x86_64」を手動でダウンロードしてインストールする必要があります。Linuxシステム管理者と連携して、パッケージが正しくインストールされていることを確認します。


その後 、nsrlic -Cが正常に動作することを確認します。出力は次のようになります。 
# nsrlic -C
License is unserved
'NETWORKER_CAPACITY' is supported with a count of 600 TB
メモ: 返却されたライセンスは異なる場合があります。ただし、 コマンドは、ご使用の環境に対して構成された有効なライセンス情報を返す必要があります。
