Cause

库文件丢失或损坏。

Resolution

运行以下命令以重新安装 libltdl.so.7 
# sudo yum provides */libltdl.so.7 

# sudo yum reinstall libtool-ltdl-2.4.6-25.el8.x86_64
提醒：如果此操作失败并显示“Errors during downloading metadate for repository”，则服务器可能无法直接访问在线存储库，则可能需要手动下载并安装“libtool-ltdl-2.4.6-25.el8.x86_64”，请与 Linux 系统管理员联系以确保软件包安装正确。


之后检查 nsrlic -C 是否工作正常，输出应类似于： 
# nsrlic -C
