Symptoms

インスタント アクセス リストアまたはファイル レベルリストアを使用してVMをリストアできません。PPDM UIに次のエラーが表示されます。 
ARV0007: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'unknown' on vCenter 'unknown'.

Restore of this virtual machine to the destination vCenter was unsuccessful.

 Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or export the job logs and review the log files for more information. If the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

Limitation of NFS volumes is exceeded on esx01.mylab.local

vmdm.logに次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

esxiホストには、NFSマウントされたボリュームがありません。また、エラー メッセージでvCenter Serverが「不明」です。

Cause

不明 PPDMサービスのメモリー破損の可能性があります。

Resolution

1. 「admin」ユーザー
としてppdmサーバーにsshでログインします 2.次のサービスを再起動します。 
      vmdm restart
      vmware-service restart
      discovery-service restart
3.サービスが完全に起動するまで数分待ってから、Instant Access Restore/Fileレベルのリストアを再試行します。

メモ：上記のサービスを再起動する前に、アクティブなバックアップ が実行されていないことを確認してください 。バックアップの実行中にこれらのサービスを再起動すると、バックアップがキャンセルされます。
