Symptoms

無法使用即時存取還原或檔案層級還原來還原虛擬機器。PPDM UI 顯示以下錯誤： 
ARV0007: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'unknown' on vCenter 'unknown'.

Restore of this virtual machine to the destination vCenter was unsuccessful.

 Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or export the job logs and review the log files for more information. If the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

Limitation of NFS volumes is exceeded on esx01.mylab.local

vmdm.log 出現以下錯誤訊息：

esxi 主機沒有任何 NFS 掛接磁片區。此外，錯誤訊息中的 vCenter 伺服器為「未知」。

Cause

PPDM 服務可能記憶體損毀未知。

Resolution

1. 以 「admin」使用者
2 身分插入 ppdm 伺服器。重新開機 下列服務： 
      vmdm restart
      vmware-service restart
      discovery-service restart
3.撥冗讓服務完全啟動，然後重試即時存取還原/檔案層級還原。

注意：在重新開機上述服務之前， 請確定 沒有執行中的備份。在執行備份時重新開機這些服務將導致備份被取消。
