Symptoms

无法使用即时访问恢复或文件级恢复来恢复虚拟机。PPDM UI 显示以下错误： 
ARV0007: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'unknown' on vCenter 'unknown'.

Restore of this virtual machine to the destination vCenter was unsuccessful.

 Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or export the job logs and review the log files for more information. If the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

Limitation of NFS volumes is exceeded on esx01.mylab.local

vmdm.log 具有以下错误消息：

esxi 主机没有任何已装载 NFS 的卷。此外，vCenter Server 在错误消息中为“unknown”。

Cause

PPDM 服务的未知可能内存损坏。

Resolution

1. 以“admin”用户
身份 ssh 进入 ppdm 服务器 2.重新启动 以下服务： 
      vmdm restart
      vmware-service restart
      discovery-service restart
3.给 它几分钟时间，让服务完全启动，然后 重试 即时访问恢复/文件级恢复。

注意：在重新启动上述服务之前， 请确保 没有活动备份正在运行。在备份运行时重新启动这些服务将导致备份被取消。
