Symptoms

iDRACバージョン7.00.30.00.
にアップデートした後、Dell Intel X710 OCP3ネットワーク カードを搭載したPowerEdge 15Gサーバーでファン ノイズが増加しますシステムがアイドル モードで周囲温度が約20°Cであっても、ファンのパルス幅変調(PWM)は50%を超えるままです。

Cause

Dell Intel X710 OCPネットワーク カードは、温度データをiDRACに正しく報告できません。

Resolution

修理する：

  1. Dell Intel X710-T2L/T4L OCP3(パーツ番号: VMFKR、50RV4)カード: 
    OCP3カードのファームウェアをバージョン 22.5.7 以降にアップデートします。アップデート後、システムの再起動を検討してください。

  2. Dell Intel X710 OCP3 2P/4P(パーツ番号: YJYK1、VF81P)カード: 
    OCP3カード ファームウェアをバージョン23.0.8にアップデートします。アップデート後、システムの再起動を検討してください。

    対処方法:
    iDRACファームウェアをバージョン6.10.80.00にダウングレードします。
