Symptoms

更新至 iDRAC 7.00.30.00 版後，配備 Dell Intel X710 OCP3 網路卡的 PowerEdge 15G 伺服器上的風扇噪音增加。
即使系統處於閒置模式且環境溫度約為 20°C 時，風扇脈寬調節 （PWM） 仍會保持在 50% 以上。

Cause

Dell Intel X710 OCP 網路卡無法將溫度資料正確報告至 iDRAC。

Resolution

定：

  1. Dell Intel X710-T2L/T4L OCP3 （零件編號：VMFKR、50RV4） 卡：
    將 OCP3 卡韌體更新至 22.5.7 版或更新版本，更新後，請考慮重新啟動系統。

  2. Dell Intel X710 OCP3 2P/4P （零件編號：YJYK1、VF81P） 卡：
    將 OCP3 卡韌體更新至 23.0.8 版。更新後，請考慮重新啟動系統。

    因應措施：
    將 iDRAC 韌體降級至 6.10.80.00 版。
