Cause

在 500T 平台上新增 NVMe 擴充機櫃 （ENS24） 時發生軟體問題，導致加密頻段組態不正確。
由於這種加密頻段設定錯誤，安全性服務可能無法解鎖磁碟機。在電源中斷或雙節點重新開機後，裝置服務可能無法啟動。

如果在 PowerStoreOS 3.6 及更新版本中新增 NVMe 擴充機櫃，此問題即已解決。針對在 3.6 之前的 500T 上新增的 NVMe 擴充，請儘快聯絡技術支援以套用解決方案。
