Symptoms
Bluetooth Audioデバイスを接続した後、BluetoothボタンBluetoothをオンまたはオフにすると、デバイス設定機能は正常に機能します
この問題は、オーディオの再生中、またはTeams通話またはZoom通話中に[電源オン]および[オフにする]ボタンをクリックすると発生します。
音楽を再生中にBluetoothをオフにしてからオンにすると、デバイス マネージャーにBluetoothデバイスに黄色の感嘆符が表示されます。問題が発生すると、Bluetoothのオン/オフ スイッチがグレー表示されます。

システムを再起動しても、問題から回復できません。
Cause
インテル スマート サウンド テクノロジー(ISST)ドライバーの問題でのオーディオBluetoothオフロード
Resolution
PCの オーディオ ドライバーをバージョン6.0.9597.1以降に アップデートすると、問題が解決します。ドライバーをダウンロードしてインストールするには、「Dellドライバーをダウンロードしてインストールする方法」を参照してください
オーディオ ドライバーがアップデートされると、ISSTドライバーはバージョン10.29.00.9947以降にアップデートされます。
